Introductory Lessons:

Contact us for a first time introductory flight. This first flight will give you the opportunity to feel "The Wind in Your Face" experience in a Quicksilver Ultralight! For your first flight, you and your instructor pilot will slip in to a fully equipped, dual control ultralight. You will taxi out to the runway, take off in to the air, while watching the runway slowly fading beneath your feet. The open air view is awesome, it's like floating over the country side. You can take over the controls, if you like, and get some real hands-on experience under your instructors guidance. You will be amazed at how exhilarating and enjoyable ultralight flying can be.

Ultralight and Sport Pilot Training

We have a training program available with qualified BFI and Sport Pilot CFI instructors to take you through the necessary steps to become a safe ultralight pilot or a Sport Pilot. This is available for all new and used aircraft purchasers. Call for more details.

DAR Airworthiness Services Available

Ultralight Aircraft of Iowa is now offering DAR Airworthiness Services on all Tube and Fabric planes in Iowa.  Just give us a call for instructions on how to proceed thru the maze to certifying your 2 seater to an Experimental Light Sport Aircraft.  It's not difficult, just need to follow the steps.
